Resetting your SendSuite Tracking Online password

If you forget your SendSuite Tracking Online password, you can reset it.

  1. Go to the SendSuite Tracking Online sign in page.
  2. Select the Forgot your password? link located below the Sign In button.
  3. On the Forgot Password? screen, enter your email address.
  4. Select Send Reset Link. A password reset email message will be sent to the address provided.
  5. Follow the instructions in the email message to reset your password.

The email is sent from no-reply@pb.com. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder.
