To reset your SendSuite® Tracking Online password:
- Go to the SendSuite Tracking Online sign in page.
- Select the Forgot your password? link located below the Sign In button.
- On the Forgot password screen, enter your email address.
- Select Send. A password reset email message will be sent to the address provided.
- Follow the instructions in the email message to reset your password.
Note: The email will be sent from no-reply@pb.com. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder.
