Updating contacts in SendSuite Tracking Online

Contacts in SendSuite Tracking Online can be recipients, senders, or both.
  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right.​
  2. Select Contacts - Recipients & Senders. The Contacts page is displayed.
  3. (Optional) Use the All Contacts filter at the top of the Contacts list to view only Senders or Recipients.
  4. (Optional) To search for a specific contact, enter part of the contact's name or email address into the search box at the top of the Contacts list.
  5. Select the gear icon next to the contact you want to update.
  6. Select Edit. The Edit Contact box opens.
  7. Make the desired changes.
  8. Select Save.
