To edit or add an address in SendSuite® Live:
Note: The following is based on v2.x of SendSuite Live Projects.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
- Select SendSuite Live Mailroom 2.x.
- Select Login.
- Select the ellipsis (...) button next to "Ship to Search".
- Select the Open Address Book button.
- Select Add.
- Select one of the address types from the menu:
- Global: address can be used globally
- Personal: only the user that created this address can access and use this address
- My Location: everyone at the same location can access and use this address
- My Department: everyone in the same department can access and use this address
- Fill in the new address information.
- If you are finished adding addresses, select Save and Exit.
- To save and add another new address, select Save & Add button.
To edit an address:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
- Select SendSuite Live Mailroom 2.x.
- Select Login.
- Select the ellipsis (...) button to the right of "Ship to Search".
- Select the Open Address Book button.
Note: In the search options, you may need to change the address book using the drop-down menu next to the search field.
- Select address that requires change.
- Select Edit.
- Make address changes.
- Select Save.
- Select Close.
