How to edit or add an address in SendSuite Live

To edit or add an address in SendSuite® Live:

Note: The following is based on v2.x of SendSuite Live Projects.
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
  3. Select SendSuite Live Mailroom 2.x.
  4. Select Login.
  5. Select the ellipsis (...) button next to "Ship to Search".
  6. Select the Open Address Book button.
  7. Select Add.
  8. Select one of the address types from the menu:
  • Global: address can be used globally
  • Personal: only the user that created this address can access and use this address
  • My Location: everyone at the same location can access and use this address
  • My Department: everyone in the same department can access and use this address
  1. Fill in the new address information.
  2. If you are finished adding addresses, select Save and Exit.
  3. To save and add another new address, select Save & Add button.
To edit an address:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
  3. Select SendSuite Live Mailroom 2.x.
  4. Select Login.
  5. Select the ellipsis (...) button to the right of "Ship to Search".
  6. Select the Open Address Book button.
​​Note: In the search options, you may need to change the address book using the drop-down menu next to the search field.
  1. Select address that requires change.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Make address changes.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Select Close.
