How to print a ship request in a SendSuite Live Gen 2 Desktop Project

Learn how to print a ship request in a SendSuite Live Gen 2 Desktop Project.

To print a ship request in Gen 2 Desktop Project for SendSuite® Live using the following steps:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. In the favorites bar, select SendSuite Live Projects Login.
  3. Select SendSuite Live Desktop 2.x.
  4. Select Login.
  5. Select the ellipsis (...) button next to the Ship to Search box.
  6. Locate your shipping address.
  7. Double-click to select the address.
  8. Select Next.
  9. Select the unit of measure and currency.
  10. Enter the weight and size of the package.
  11. (Optional) click the plus (+) button next to the packages and fill in additional fields.
  12. Select Next.
  13. Select the ellipsis (...) button next to Cost Center and select the cost center.
  14. Select Next.
  15. Select one of the following options:
  • Option 1: Print my Ship Request Form at my Desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece
  • Option 2: Choose my Rate, print my Ship Request Form at my desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece
  • Option 3: Choose my Rate, process my shipment now, and print my labels and documents at my desktop
  1. Select Next.
Note: Do not check remember my last choice.
  1. Select the rate.
  2. Select Next.
Note: The Smart Shop screen displays rates for a 7-day period.
  1. Review the confirmation screen for correct shipping requirements.
  2. Select Previous, if changes are required.
  3. Select Next.
  4. Print the shipping label.
  5. Select Done to begin a new shipment.
