How to reprint labels in a first generation View Project for SendSuite Live

Learn how to reprint labels in a first generation (Gen 1) View Project for SendSuite Live.

To reprint labels in a first generation (Gen 1) SendSuite® Live View Project:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select SendSuite Live Projects Login.
  3. Select SendSuite Live View 1.x.
  4. Select Login.
  5. Locate the package that requires a reprinted label.
  6. Enter Order Number, or Waybill Number (Tracking Number), or organization, or Process Order (PO) in their respective fields.
  7. Select Search Shipments.
  8. Double-click on the shipment in the results.
  9. In the Packages within Shipment, select the package ID.
  10. On the right side, select Reprint Label under Package Options.
  11. Select OK.
  12. After the label prints, select OK on the "Your print was successful" message.
