How to process a Choose my Rate Print Ship Request in SendSuite Live Gen 2 Project

Learn how to create a Choose My Rate, Print Ship Request, in a second generation (Gen 2) Project in SendSuite Live.

To process a Choose My Rate, Print Ship Request, in a SendSuite® Live second generation (Gen 2) Project:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select the SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
  3. Select SendSuite Live Desktop 2.x.
  4. Select Login.
  5. After signing in, select the ellipsis (...) button next to the Ship to Search box.
  6. Locate your shipping address.
  7. Double-click to select the address.
  8. Select Next.
  9. Select the unit of measure and currency.
  10. Enter the weight and size of the package.
  11. (Optional) Select the plus (+) button next to the packages, and fill in the fields.
  12. Select Next, after you have finished adding the package.
  13. Select the ellipsis (...) button next to Cost Center.
  14. Select the cost center.
  15. Select Next.
  16. Select one of the following process options:
  • Option 1 - Print my Ship Request Form at my Desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece
  • Option 2 - Choose my Rate, print my Ship Request Form at my desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece
  • Option 3 - Choose my Rate, process my shipment now, and print my labels and documents at my desktop
  1. For this selection, choose Option 2 - Choose my Rate, print my Ship Request Form at my desktop, and allow the mailroom to process my mail piece.
  2. Select Next.
Note: Do not check remember my last choice.
  1. Select the rate to process your mail piece.
  2. Select Next.
Note: The Smart Shop screen displays rates for a 7-day period.
  1. Review the confirmation screen for correct shipping requirements.
  2. If changes are required, select Previous.
  3. Select Next.
  4. Print the shipping label.
  5. Select Done to begin a new shipment.
