To add insurance to a UPS shipment:

On the Mailroom Generation 2 screen, in the Packages section, enter the value of the shipment in the Declared Value field.

Note: A High Value Report is required by UPS for shipments valued over $1000.00. If the High Value Report does not print when processing End of Day, please chat with us.
