Registering with ConnectShip

Learn how to register your account with ConnectShip. This is required in order to download updates and receive emails about available updates.

Products affected: SendSuite® Live

Select Start > All Programs > ConnectShip Progistics.
Right-click on Progistics Management Console and select Run as administrator.
Expand Enterprise.
Select Licensing.
Write down the License ID from the Current License section.
Open Internet Explorer and go to http://www.connectship.com.
Select Register in the upper right.
Enter a member name and select Check Availability.
Enter the License ID you wrote down earlier.
Complete the rest of the form.
Select Complete Registration.

You will receive a "Thank you!" message that states a representative from ConnectShip Solutions Support will send your password within one business day. Check your email for your password.
