How to configure a printer in the SendSuite Live Internet Explorer Printer Utility

Learn how to configure a printer in the SendSuite Live Internet Explorer Printer Utility.

Follow these steps to configure a printer in the SendSuite® Live Internet Explorer Printer Utility:

To configure a thermal printer:
  1. From the Thermal Label Printer list, select a printer.
  2. From the Format list, select a format type.
  3. Select Test Print to send an sample label to the selected printer.
To configure a laser document printer:
  1. In the Laser Document Printer panel, select a printer from the Printer List.
  2. Select Test Print to send an sample label to the selected printer.
To configure a form printer:
  1. In the Form Document Printer panel, select a printer from the Printer List.
  2. Select Test Print to send an sample label to the selected printer.
To configure individual documents and labels to print to specific printers:
  1. In the Advanced Options panel, select Documents & Labels.
  2. Select the document you wish to configure.
  3. Enter the number of copies you want to print in the Copies column.
  4. From the Specific Printer list, select the printer you want to print the document to.
  5. In the Image resize and margin settings panel, use the Resize %, Left Margin, and Top Margin sliders to adjust the size and formatting of any documents you are printing in Image format.
Note: The Image resize and margin settings sliders are only for use with documents or labels with a format of "Image".
  1. Repeat for all the documents you want to configure.
  2. Select OK.
