Adding Checkpoints in SendSuite Tracking Online

Checkpoints allow you to record a package checkpoint to keep track of your packages along the way.
Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.
- On the Home screen, select Edit.
- Enter the tracking number and press Enter, or scan the carrier barcode. This displays all data related to the package.
- From the Status menu, select Checkpoint.
- Select Package Location.
- Enter the new package location information.
- Select OK.
- Select Save.
