Adding Checkpoints in SendSuite Tracking Online

Checkpoints allow you to record a package checkpoint to keep track of your packages along the way.

  1. On the Home screen, select Edit.
  2. Enter the tracking number and press Enter, or scan the carrier barcode. This displays all data related to the package.
  3. From the Status menu, select Checkpoint.
  4. Select Package Location.
  5. Enter the new package location information.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select Save.
