Configuring Checkpoints in SendSuite Tracking Online

Checkpoints allow you to record a package checkpoint to keep track of your packages along the way.

Checkpoints allow you to record a package checkpoint to keep track of your packages along the way. When Checkpoint is on, the package location field is displayed.

Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.

Note: Only users with an Admin role can perform this procedure.

  1. Select the gear icon in the upper right.
  2. Select Checkpoint.
  3. Under Checkpoint with Package Location, select On to enable or Off to disable.
