When trying to rate or ship with USPS Postage Endicia, the error message "Invalid RequesterID. Error encountered" appears.


The carrier's RequesterID needs to be updated.


This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support to update the carrier's RequesterID.
