International duties billed to shipper instead of third party in SendSuite Live

Learn how to resolve an issue where the international duties are being billed to the shipper even though the Duties Bill To is set to Third Party in SendSuite Live.

Issue

When shipping international and selecting the Duties Bill To as Third Party, the shipper is getting billed for the duties.

Cause

The Duties Bill To Address line one is not being saved/passed to the Payors table in the database.

Resolution

Upgrade the SendSuite® Live Shipping Application to version 7.30.
