Issue

When printing the End Of Day manifest for UPS, the manifest is blank.

Cause

The manifest report driver is set to use raw mode and bypass the print driver.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:
  1. Open the SendSuite® Xpress or Ascent™ shipping program.
  2. Select Setup > Peripherals from the menu at the top.
  3. Take note of the Manifest/Report Printer code at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the Printers button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Select the List button at the top of the screen.
  6. Select the Manifest/Report Printer code noted in step 3.
  7. Select OK.
  8. Select the Edit button at the top of the screen.
  9. Uncheck Raw Print Mode (bypass print driver).
  10. Select OK.
  11. Close the Peripherals screen.
  12. Test by printing the End Of Day manifest again.
