"Sign in failed. The login credentials are not valid" when signing in to SendPro Enterprise with a username that contains a space

Issue

When attempting to sign in to SendPro Enterprise with a username that contains a space, the message "Sign in failed. The login credentials are not valid" is displayed. It may also say "Sign in with email instead".

Cause

Beginning with SendPro Enterprise version 8.34.x, usernames with spaces have been converted to the user's email address.

Resolution

Use your email address as your username along with your current password.
