Cannot ship a package after Run As user is changed in SendSuite Live

Learn how to resolve issues that occur after the Run As user is changed in SendSuite Live.

After changing the Run As user, you cannot ship a package. Various issues may occur, such as:
  • Address validation fails on the State/Province field
  • The Ship From location is blank
  • You cannot load a mailroom project


The default API web page in Internet Information Services (IIS) has an invalid user ID and password.


  1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS).
  2. Expand Sites on the left.
  3. Expand Default Web Site.
  4. Double-click on API.
  5. Select Basic Settings in the upper right.
  6. Click test settings.
  7. If this fails, select the Connect As button and update the user and password.
  8. Click OK.
