When shipping a package with carrier PON API, the following error is displayed:

Error: 1924
Message: S_PDF is not an object.
Procedure: printpdf
Line: 67

The print driver is not installed correctly or there is an issue with file linkage.

Close all Xpress programs.
Go to C:\Xpress\Netsetup\Runtime\ (default location) and double-click on the file Runtime.exe.
Once the Runtime finishes running, open Xpress and attempt to ship a package.

If the issue is not resolved, contact software support for further assistance.
