Resolve blurry labels printed from SendSuite Live

Learn how to resolve blurry labels printed from SendSuite Live.

Printed labels are blurry or fuzzy. The barcodes may still be able to be scanned by the carriers, but they are not clear.


The graphic settings on the printer are not correct.


To resolve this issue, follow these steps to change the graphic settings on the printer:
  1. Select Windows Start > Devices and Printers.
  2. Right-click on the label printer and select Printing preferences.
  3. Select the Graphics tab.
  4. Change the Dithering option to Error Diffusion.
  5. Select Apply, then OK.
  6. Turn the printer off and back on.
