Resolve "Alternate Return Address Country Code is invalid" when shipping FedEx International Ground to Canada from US in SendSuite Live

Issue

When shipping via FedEx International Ground to Canada from the United States in SendSuite® Live using FedEx Ship Manager Server (FSMS) software 15.01 or below, the error message "Alternate Return Address Country Code is invalid" is displayed.

Cause

There is an issue with the FSMS software. 

Resolution

There is an issue with the FSMS software where when shipping international ground to Canada it will only allow an alternative return address with a country code of CA. This is being addressed in a future release of the FSMS software. At this time, the only option is to change the alternative return address to a Canadian address, or remove the alternative return address.
