"Carrier failed to respond, Please Contact System Administrator" when shipping via ConnectShip carrier in SendSuite Live

Learn how to resolve the error "Carrier Failed to Respond" when shipping via a ConnectShip carrier (USPS Server, UPS Consolidated).

Issue

When attempting to ship via a ConnectShip carrier (USPS Server, UPS Consolidated), the error "Carrier Failed to Respond, Please Contact System Administrator" is displayed. Additionally, when accessing the End of Day via the Progistics Start Page, an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error is displayed. 

Cause

There is an issue with Internet Information Services (IIS).

Resolution

This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
