"5001 Unknown User" message when manifest for UPS in SendSuite Live

Learn how to resolve the error "5001 Unknown User" when manifest for United Parcel Service (UPS) transmission in SendSuite Live.

When attempting to manifest for United Parcel Service (UPS), a transmit file failed error is displayed. When attempting to transmit the file via the ConnectShip start page, the error "5001 Unknown User" is displayed.


The userid stored in the UPSlink configuration does not match what is in UPS's back-end systems. This may be caused by a long period of inactivity after the original commissioning.


This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
