"Error Connecting to Ship Manager Server" and "missing ursaapi.dll" when shipping FedEx on SendSuite Xpress or Ascent client/peer station

Issue

When shipping via FedEx on a client/peer station using SendSuite Xpress or Ascent, the error messages "Error connecting to Ship Manager Server" and "missing ursaapi.dll" are displayed. The master station still allows processing via FedEx.

Cause

The FedEx Ship Manager Server carrier FEXP is no longer supported.

Resolution

If you use SendSuite Xpress, contact software support to be set up with the new FedEx Online (FXO) carrier.

If you use Ascent, please contact software support for further assistance.
