When shipping with UPS Consolidated, the error "Package #1: Consignee address is invalid - Phone Number is missing or invalid SHM5-A" is displayed.

Cause

UPS Consolidated requires the sender's phone number to be included.

Resolution

Expand the project to include the sender's phone number.

If the phone number is on the screen and the error still appears, contact software support for additional assistance.
