Issue

When shipping a FedEx Server international shipment to Puerto Rico, the error "Total Customs Value (119) or Commodity Line Item Unit Value (1030-#) required." is displayed.

Cause

The shipment is set up as a domestic shipment, with the Ship to State of PR and Ship To country of US. FedEx Server treats shipments to Puerto Rico as international shipments.

Resolution

  1. Set the Ship To State field to blank.
  2. Set the Ship To Country to Puerto Rico.
