When attempting to close a manifest as part of the end of day process, the error "A close out operation is already running or pending for this carrier and account." is displayed.
This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
To avoid this error in the future, upgrade to SendSuite® Live version 7.26.00 after the initial error is resolved.
