You may be instructed to change your account type as part of a SendSuite Tracking Online update.

You may be instructed to change the account type on your Tracking Assistants as part of a SendSuite Tracking Online update.

  1. On the Tracking Assistant's SendSuite Tracking Online signin page, tap the 3 dots menu to open the About page.

  2. Tap Account Type.

  3. Select your account type:
    • If you are a government client, select Government.
    • If you are not a government client, select Commercial.
