You may be instructed to change your account type as part of a SendSuite Tracking Online update.

You may be instructed to change the account type on your Tracking Assistants as part of a SendSuite Tracking Online update.
- On the Tracking Assistant's SendSuite Tracking Online signin page, tap the 3 dots menu to open the About page.
- Tap Account Type.
- Select your account type:
- If you are a government client, select Government.
- If you are not a government client, select Commercial.
