Installing the SendSuite Mobile App on BYOAD (Bring Your Own Approve Device) hardware for SendSuite Tracking Online

SendSuite Tracking Online supports BYOAD (Bring Your Own Approved Device) for subscribers. Both Apple iOS and Android platforms are supported.

SendSuite Tracking Online supports BYOAD (Bring Your Own Approved Device) for subscribers. Both Apple iOS and Android platforms are supported.

Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.

To install the SendSuite Mobile App

  1. On your BYOAD device, navigate to the app store or marketplace.
  2. Search for "SendSuite", then download and install the SendSuite Mobile App.
  3. Sign in to the SendSuite Mobile App with the same credentials you use for the desktop web page.

To check if you have a BYOAD subscription

  1. Sign in to the SendSuite Tracking Online desktop web page with an administrator account.
  2. Select the gear icon.
  3. Select Mobile Devices. If you have a BYOAD subscription, the status will say "Your subscription includes using ## of your own mobile devices."
