Errors & Troubleshooting
One of the two internal batteries is running low and approaching end of life. Contact Technical Support.
Refilling Postage
Use your franking machine to check your postage balance within your Pitney Bowes account.
Request a refund for damaged or incorrectly printed mail by contacting An Post.
In order to add postage to your franking machine, you must have funds available in your PrePay account, or be using Pay As You Go.
Refill your franking machine for a smaller amount or check your postage balance to resolve Balance Too Low or Insufficient Funds.
Contact our Account Support team to resolve error 7 or error 11.
Rate Change
An Post periodically changes the postal rates. If new rates are available, you can download them onto your franking machine from the Pitney Bowes Data Centre.
