Changing the nickname or display name of a FedEx account in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

You can change the nickname or display name of a FedEx account in SendPro Online or PitneyShip. The nickname appears on the Home screen and in your history.

You can change the nickname of a FedEx account in SendPro Online or PitneyShip. The nickname appears on the Home screen and in your history.

Select your software version

There are currently two versions of our shipping software. Click on the image that matches your Home screen to view the instructions for your version.

  1. Select Settings > Shipping Carriers.
  2. Select the Manage link next to the account you wish to update.
  3. Update the Account Nickname field.
  4. Select Save.

 

PitneyShip (new) PitneyShip Home screen thumbnail

  1. Select Settings > Manage Carriers.
  2. Select the Edit Carrier icon next to the account you wish to update.

  3. Update the Carrier display name field.
  4. Select Save and Close.
