Changing the printed date on the DM300C-DM475

You can print postage with a date in the future. For example, you can print tomorrow's date if you missed today's mail pickup.

You can print postage with a date in the future. For example, you can print tomorrow's date if you missed today's mail pickup. 
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Select Printing Options.
  3. Select Set or Advance Date.
  4. The system displays the current date in MM DD YYYY format. Select an option:
    • Select Set to today's date. The system returns to the Home screen with the current date set.
      Note: If the current date is wrong, contact technical support.
    • Select Advance one day to advance the date by one day each time you press the button.
    • Select Specify days to advance a number of days (from 1-30) and enter the number of days you wish to advance the date, then select Accept.
Important: You cannot set the printed date to a date in the past.
