You can file an insurance claim if a USPS insured shipment or a UPS or FedEx Declared Value shipment is lost or damaged. This does not apply to packages insured through a third-party insurance provider.
- Select History > File Insurance Claim.
- Select the shipment for which you wish to file an insurance claim.
- Select File Insurance Claim. You are taken to the carrier’s website to file your claim.
This option takes you to the correct carrier page to start your insurance claim request. SendPro does not send any package or account data to the carrier. All insurance claims are handled solely by the carrier.
