You can file an insurance claim if a USPS insured shipment or a UPS or FedEx Declared Value shipment is lost or damaged. This does not apply to packages insured through a third-party insurance provider.
This option takes you to the correct carrier page to start your insurance claim request. SendPro does not send any package or account data to the carrier. All insurance claims are handled solely by the carrier.
