Learn how to resolve an install loop on the mailstation or mailstation2.

Issue

The meter will not exit install mode.

Cause

Install mode is not completing.

Resolution

Install mode must be allowed to complete. Follow the on-screen directions and wait for it to complete. Do not unplug the meter unless instructed to do so by a Pitney Bowes service representative.

Note: You only need to add funds to the meter once. If you have already added funds but you are prompted to add funds again, or if install mode will not complete, contact client support. Please have your model number ready.
