Instead of your printers being listed in the printer selection dialog box when printing stamp sheets, stamp rolls, or envelopes, you only see "Printer 1" and "Printer 2" listed as the available printers.
There may be an issue with the application cache or the installed printers.
If you are printing stamp sheets, try using SendPro Online in your web browser instead of using the SendPro Online software.
If the issue is not resolved, or if you are printing envelopes, try solution 2.
Click the Refresh button in the SendPro Online software, then try again.
If the issue is not resolved, try solution 3.
If the issue is not resolved, try solution 4.
