Cannot Choose Another Mail Class when printing stamps in SendPro Online

If the Accept button in the Choose Another Mail Class window is disabled (greyed out) when printing stamps, it means that you need to set up your postage payment method.

Issue

When printing stamps, the Accept button in the Choose Another Mail Class window is disabled (greyed out).

Cause

Your postage payment method is not set up.

Resolution

Only credit cards can be added online. If you want to set up a credit card as your postage payment method:

  1. In SendPro Online, select Settings > Postage Refills.
  2. Under Postage Refills, select Set up Postage Payment Method.
