"No Services found" message in PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise
When trying to select Rates and Services, the message "No Services found" appears instead of the list of rates and services.
A web browser extension called uBlock Origin may be blocking the carrier rates and services from being returned.
Disable the uBlock Origin extension in your browser while using PitneyShip, PitneyShip Pro, or PitneyShip Enterprise. Check with your IT department if needed.
