Installing an art card on the DM Infinity

Learn how to install an art card graphic on the DM Infinity to add a custom envelope message to your mail.

Order a custom logo or envelope message

• Sign in to Your Account to create and order your envelope message: See Ordering a Custom Logo or Envelope Message.
• After you have ordered your custom logo or envelope message we will program and ship an art card to upload your custom graphic to your machine.

Install the graphic on your machine

1. Press the Menu key.
2. Select Set Up.
3. Select Updates and Add-Ons.
4. Select Ads/Messages or Inscriptions.
5. When prompted, insert the card in the slot on right side of the control panel.

Important: Keep the art card in case you ever need to re-install the art, each card can be used 10 times.

Print your graphic

1. Press Menukey.
2. Select Meter Stamp Options.
3. Select Ads/Messages or Inscriptions.
4. Key in the number of the graphic you want and press Enter.

Important: 

• Allow 3-5 business days for the art card to arrive.
• UPS tracking information will be provided after the Art Card is shipped.
