What type of refund do you need help with?

Refund for unused postage removed from a meter
Refund for invoice credits or account overpayments

Please note that the following types of charges cannot be refunded:

Refund for postage, stamps or shipping labels (i.e. spoiled, misprinted, printed but not used, etc.)
Refund for returned supplies

If a credit for returned supplies has already been applied to one of your Pitney Bowes accounts Line of Credit (Purchase Power) or Deposit Account (Reserve Account), and you want to request a refund check, follow the process for your account type here
