Before you begin

Make sure that your meter is connected to access the Pitney Bowes Data Center.

Solution 1: Connect your meter

  1. Select Connect now. (If your meter does not display Connect now, skip to Solution 2.)
  2. Select Continue.
  3. Select Check PBP Balance
  4. Press No to return to your Main screen.

Solution 2: Check your balance

  1. Press Add Postage.
  2. Select Check PBP Balance.
  3. Press No to continue without adding postage.
  4. Select Get update now if updates are available. 
  5. Select Continue after your updates install.
  6. Press the Normal Preset button to return to your default settings.
