"Data Upload Required" message on the DM100i-DM225
Learn how to clear the message "Data Upload Required" on a DM100i, DM125, DM200L or DM225.

Before you begin
Make sure that your meter is connected to access the Pitney Bowes Data Center.Solution 1: Connect your meter
- Select Connect now. (If your meter does not display Connect now, skip to Solution 2.)
- Select Continue.
- Select Check PBP Balance.
- Press No to return to your Main screen.
Solution 2: Check your balance
- Press Add Postage.
- Select Check PBP Balance.
- Press No to continue without adding postage.
- Select Get update now if updates are available.
- Select Continue after your updates install.
- Press the Normal Preset button to return to your default settings.
