Your device uses two separate funding accounts. One account is for shipping labels and the other account is for Print Postage. You cannot use the shipping label funds for Print Postage and vice versa.

Errors & Troubleshooting
If you see one of these error codes or messages, you may have a network connection issue or you may need to connect to Pitney Bowes.

A flashing power light is often caused by holding the power button down for longer than five seconds.

Your device will need refills of EZ Seal® in order to seal envelopes. Follow these steps to fill the moistener tank.
