Look on your mailing system to find the serial number and Product Code Number (PCN).

If you have a bulk mailing permit, you can send Marketing Mail on your device.
Errors & Troubleshooting
Reboot your device if the message "There is an issue with the printer" appears.
The screen is blank or white when entering Create Shipping labels.
