SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto models meet all ENERGY STAR® standards, and saves energy when it enters sleep mode. Energy Saver turns your device off after a period of inactivity, reducing its ability to upload transactions and receive updates. Energy Saver should only be used if required by law in your location.
Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen to access to a variety of apps that support your device.
You can use SendPro Online to view users' status and change user roles. Only users with the role of Admin or Location Admin can perform this procedure.

Look on your mailing system to find the serial number and Product Code Number (PCN).
You can export the addresses from your SendPro Online address book to a CSV file. If you use a SendPro Tablet or SendPro C/SendPro+ device, the addresses from its address book will be included as part of this export file.
You can import addresses from other sources into your SendPro Online address book. Addresses added in SendPro Online or are also visible on other SendPro products such as the SendPro Tablet, SendPro C, SendPro+ meters, and SendPro P Series meters.
The Address Book app allows you to add, edit, and delete addresses for everyone you ship to.

If you have SendPro application software version 2.0.061R or later, your system allows you to compare the shipping rates of different carriers for every mailpiece or package.

If the Home screen does not appear when you turn on the device, reboot your device.
Set up a FedEx account in SendPro Online or PitneyShip if the FedEx button is missing from the Create Shipping Labels app.
Check your network connection, reboot your device and try another connection if the "Check for updates" message will not clear.
Unplug the device then leave the screen on until the internal battery dies if the screen is on but the power light is off.
Add more tape strips if the message Out of Tape Strips appears.
Remove the stuck tape from the device if Tape Transport error appears.
Reboot your device if logging into the Create Shipping Labels app loops back to the login page.
Error 42 indicates there is a problem with syncing a transaction.

The meter is displaying an Android recovery error message when you tried to reboot it.

If you see the message "Alert Application is not authorized to access this service" when you try to print a shipping label on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto, follow these steps to check for software updates.
Refer to Neworking and connectivity details if you see "java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException" when logging the Shipping application on your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto.
Leave the device plugged in and turned on for an hour if an Android robot icon appears.
Connect your device to a power outlet for one hour then turn it on to resolve the low battery message.
Reboot your device if the power light flashes red and blue.

If errors RA00, RA01, RA02, RA000, RA09 , DL00, DL01 or the message Loading Current Rate and Device Information appear and the device will not print, update your postage balance, reboot your device, and download any software updates.
If error 1805 appears and the device will not refill funds or sync data, reboot your device and sync the data again.
Reboot your device if error 0112 appears.
Some transactions failed to sync on your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto. You may be able to clear the error by restarting your meter and synchronizing transactions.

The message "You don't have the right printer connected for your label size." occurs because a UPS declared value label must be printed on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper along with its form.
Check your connections and reboot the device to resolve this issue. The errors BA00 or BA05 appear because the base is disconnected from the tablet.
Refill your device for a smaller amount or add funds to your postage account if error 188A appears.
Restart the device, complete the installation process and manually download rates and updates to resolve error BA06.
A installation did not complete on your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto. You may be able to clear the error by updating and restarting your device.

Reseating the printhead and ink cartridge can often resolve a Fatal Printer error.
Not ready to print appears because you need to clear a jam, check the ink or printhead, select an account or upload transactions.

If you see the message "Sync your data," it may mean that your system has been offline and has not uploaded your envelope printing transactions recently. It could also mean that you are experiencing connection issues.
If the message, "Inspection Due" or "Pending PerformAudit" appears on your device, it means it has not connected to the post office for its required inspection.

Use the feeder to automatically print a stack of mail.
Your device will need refills of EZ Seal® in order to seal envelopes. Follow these steps to fill the moistener tank.
You can make a test print to check the quality of the postage printed on an envelope or tape strip.
If the moistener tank is full and your envelopes are not sealing properly, clean the moistener brush and wick.
If you receive a message that your ink waste pad is almost full, follow these steps to change the pad.
If you clean the print nozzles and you still get a bad test print pattern, try cleaning the printhead.
Print a test pattern to see if the printhead is working properly or if you have enough ink in the cartridge.
You can order supplies directly from your device using the Supplies app.
Check the ink level to ensure you have enough ink in your device.
Replace an empty ink cartridge. Also, remove the ink cartridge and printhead and check the gold pins underneath are not bent if you see the message "Ink Out" or "Ink tank not installed.
Position envelopes correctly and ensure the moistener tank has enough E-Z Seal® to prevent sealing issues.
Use Seal Only mode to seal envelopes without printing anything.
Use the moistener on your device to seal your envelopes before you print postage.
Refilling Postage
The device may not have an internet connection, or you may need to upload postage transactions if you cannot refill your Print on Envelopes postage.
Print a funds report if you need a report showing the total number of mailpieces sent.
Refill your postage funds for shipping labels as soon as you receive a message that your funds are low.
You can view receipts for all the times when you have refilled postage for your Print on Envelopes account.
Arrange to have your device alert you when a shipping label postage refill is pending.
SendPro C devices have separate accounts for shipping and mailing. You must fund shipping label printing and envelope printing functions separately.
You can view a report showing all your past postage refills.
Use the Print Refill Receipt app to view receipts of previous postage refills
Set the low funds warning to warn you when your available funds for printing postage reaches a certain amount. Use this warning as a reminder to add more postage to your device.
You can apply to the USPS for a refund if your mail is damaged or incorrectly printed.
Change the default refill amount to store an amount you want to refill your device with.
Check your funds for printing postage on your device at any time.
View the Shipment report to see how much postage you are spending. The report includes a list of all the shipping labels you have printed along with their carriers and the amounts of postage.
Your device automatically uploads your postage printing transactions at least once during the day and once after hours.
Perform a balance inquiry or postage refill when the Inspection Due message appears.
Once you remove funds from your device the device is taken out of service. You will no longer be able to print postage on envelopes.
Add or refill postage for your Print on Envelopes balance as soon as you receive a message that your funds are getting low.
Add funds to your Reserve or Purchase Power account to resolve the "General Authorization Failure" message.

The new USPS Ground Advantage™ new service combines the services formerly known as USPS Retail Ground®, First-Class Package®, and Parcel Select Ground® on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ and SendPro C Auto.
You can check to see if you have downloaded the latest rates for each postal class on your device.
Visit the Confirm your meter update page to ensure your device has the latest postage rates.
Confirm your USPS rates, to ensure that you print accurate postage.
A installation did not complete on your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto. You may be able to clear the error by updating and restarting your device.
Reporting, History & Accounting
If you cannot find your account when running mail or a report, ensure you search using the case the account was entered in.
Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against it.
Email an account report to keep a record of how much departments or clients have spent on their postage over specific time periods.
Edit an account when you want to change the account name, code, description, status or password.
Set the reporting period of an account report by setting its start and end dates.
Set the account report preferences to select the account level you wish to report on (Account, Sub account or Sub sub account).
You can protect each account from unauthorized access by turning account passwords on.
You can use the accounting feature to track the postage that departments or individuals within your organization use.
When accounting is enabled on your device, you must select an account before you can print postage.
You can delete an account, sub account, or sub sub account through the Print on Envelopes app.
Cost Accounts help you keep track of where you’re spending your money on postage by allowing you to assign shipping label costs.
You can add a Print on Envelopes account to track your costs for printing postage on envelopes. This is different from your PB account which is used to fund your postage and shipping labels costs.
Run account reports to show how you spent your postage for a specific account or for all accounts over various time periods.
If your postage accounting reports are blank, check that the reporting period is correct, and that you have a good network connection on your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ and SendPro C Auto.
You can view and print a report of the shipping labels you have created on your device using the Shipping History app.
You can export history reports from SendPro Online as CSV files. These reports may include history data from other SendPro products.
You can view and print all the USPS shipping label refunds you have requested on your device.
View the Shipment report to see how much postage you are spending. The report includes a list of all the shipping labels you have printed along with their carriers and the amounts of postage.
